I handcrafted this aluminum wire basket for an airplant to get plenty of airflow and sunlight and be easily misted with water.  It is very lightweight.  Hung on strong fishing line with 3 hanging options: There is a "key chain" ring in the middle of the line, then further up another key chain ring as well as a clip so it can hang over a curtain rod. 
The wire can be gently shifted and arranged to suit your preferences and to balance the weight and tilt of the airpant - it might bend out of original shape a bit during shipping but it is easy to adjust.
